Tired of having to sideload all your applications (.apk) from a PC ?
Quest APK Installer makes your life easier and let you install your apps from your Meta Quest itself.
It lists the .apk files present on your headset and offers you to install them then launch them. You don't have to browse your headset to find the .apk file you downloaded for example, Quest APK Installed do that for you.

You need to install Quest APK Installer first by the way you want (SideQuest, Meta Quest Developer Hub, or via Mobile VR Station for example), then you will be able to install all your .apk files directly from your headset.

I get a Virus warning and it will not download. This was on the PC of course. Downloading directly to the Quest 3 was no problem at all. I was on V72 so installed it with a different installer, updated to V74 and all is good. Thank you for this.
Bonjour, impossible de faire la mise à jour de QGO le programme d’installation du package apparaît et il est vide, réinitialisation de mon casque, et pareil je ne peux plus installer QGO, ni APKinstaller
C'est parce que vous êtes sur la v74. Avec la v74, vous devez installer les applications avec Sidequest. Meta a cassé l'installateur de paquets. Heureusement une fois que Quest APK Installer est installé, il peut installer les apk car j'utilise un autre moyen pour contourner le problème que Meta a causé
When I am in mobile vr station and i click to install, it says are you sure it can cause harm, i say yes, then I click on install, then the package installer pops up and it is blank, nothing happens.
It's because you are on v74. On v74 you must install apps with Sidequest. Meta broke the package installer. Luckily once Quest APK Installer is installed it can install apk because I use another way to bypass the Meta issue

i installed it and granted the 2 permissions but it is not showing any APKs.
Do you have any apk file on your download folder that the app could lists ?

The app scan your headset to see if you have some apk files to install. If you don't have apk files to install, it's shows nothing ;-)
It avoids you to browse your directory (for example download folder) to search the apk you want to install. The app lists itself the apk files it found. For example, download QGO and then start this app, it should show you the QGO apk then you just have to click to install
